Roshan was selected from more than 4,500 applicants for BBC3鈥檚 flagship production trainee scheme, recognised as the industry鈥檚 gold standard for training.
Having completed the scheme, she freelanced for five months in the TV and radio industry, working for Channel 4, ITV and the BBC. Since the start of 2019, Roshan has worked as an Assistant Radio Producer at BBC Radio 1Xtra where her main shows are 1Xtra Talks and Twin B.
Both shows feature in-depth interviews with high-profile personalities. This role involves filming guests for social media, scheduling social posts, editing social videos and audio content, writing scripts and creating briefs.
