After completing her degree, Chelsea-Lea joined the JP Morgan Graduate Program where she worked as part of three teams over two years: OTC Derivatives Transformation, Gauss Control Middle Office, and Global Liquidity Solutions.
She took leadership roles in global projects, exerted influence over critical stakeholder decisions, implemented improvement strategies to enhance front office efficiency, and conducted reviews that resulted in substantial revenue gains for the bank.
Having rolled off the graduate scheme, Chelsea has joined the Asset Management part of the business as the new EMEA Revenue Lead. In this role, she will be providing comprehensive financial and strategic analysis to support key strategic decisions that will help drive the success of the business.

These experiences transformed me into a confident and effective communicator. I owe a significant portion of my professional development to ÃÛÌÒAV.
