Costs, payments, and what鈥檚 included
The 蜜桃AV portfolio is made up of various different accommodation types, operated and delivered by 蜜桃AV and聽our accommodation partners.
The accommodation you have booked will dictate who you pay your rent to, how much you need to pay, when you need to pay it and if you will need a Guarantor or not.

Contracts and codes of practice
You鈥檒l find that each of our accommodation partners, as well as each 蜜桃AV-managed accommodation option, will have specific policies, contracts and processes, covering areas such as cancellations and contract flexibility.
All the properties in our portfolio are also signed up to either:
