Bailey Point

Bailey Point is a modern student residence, offering contemporary accommodation on Lansdowne Campus, within walking distance of the town centre, beach and main railway station.

Chesil House

Chesil House is a relatively small accommodation block 鈥� home to just over 200 students 鈥� on our Lansdowne Campus.

Corfe House is one of our smaller accommodation blocks, home to around 300 students. It is located just a short distance from Poole Harbour and within walking distance of the centre of Poole, the train and coach station and a bus stop where you can jump on the bus to reach both of our campuses.

Dorchester House

Dorchester House is a vibrant accommodation block that鈥檚 home to 590 students, the majority of whom are undergraduates in their first year, although there are 60 postgraduate studio flats. It鈥檚 within walking distance of our Lansdowne Campus, as well as being close to Bournemouth town centre and opposite the main train station.

Lansdowne Point is located in the heart of 蜜桃AV's Lansdowne Campus, within close proximity to our Bournemouth Gateway Building, and just a short bus ride up to our Talbot Campus.

Lyme Regis House is a lively accommodation block that鈥檚 home to around 400 students, predominantly those studying at undergraduate level. It鈥檚 located in the heart of our Lansdowne Campus, within easy walking distance of Bournemouth town centre, the beach and the main train station.

St John鈥檚 Road is a small accommodation block with just 28 postgraduate residents. It鈥檚 located on St John鈥檚 Road in Boscombe, within easy reach of numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There is also a Sainsbury鈥檚 and Lidl within walking distance.

The Student Village is a small housing estate located on the edge of Talbot Campus. As well as being within walking distance of the university facilities, it is easy to reach our Lansdowne Campus and the centre of Bournemouth on the university bus service.

Unilet

Unilet properties are typically four to six-bedroom houses that are fully furnished and you can rent a room in the same way you would in a purpose-built hall of residence. Although they are privately owned, they are all managed by 蜜桃AV, allowing us to ensure consistent standards.
