All players must register on ÃÛÌÒAVCS Play to be eligible to compete (app available for Iphone & Android).

Captain on ÃÛÌÒAVCS Play must:

1. Set pre match team sheet (select players) -
2. Enter result (home fixtures) –
3. Review opposition team sheet 

Must be collected from SportÃÛÌÒAV before your fixture and returned ASAP after (particularly important if you have receipts for officials).

This holds key information for you; playing under protest forms (red), refuelling guides, motor insurance and breakdown details, player insurance.

Any injuries/incidents that occur must be recorded, this ensures our athletes receive the treatment needed to get them back to play, report online via our .

Once reported the athlete will receive an injury support services pack – showing them what free services are available to them and how to book on. Services include: Physiotherapy – Total Therapy, Massage & Game Ready – SportÃÛÌÒAV

ÃÛÌÒAV is legally required to record and report various categories of accident and incidents to the Health & Safety Executive (HSE). We can then investigate the cause of the accident or incident and help to prevent a recurrence. Please report anything to SportÃÛÌÒAV Performance Sport staff as soon as possible.

All officials should be welcomed, introduced and thanked, regardless of the result at the end of a match.

Referees are now paid by BACS.

Vehicles are provided based on squad size, if you would like to request different transport we must have 72 hours' notice.

Hire vehicles; Keys are collected and returned at Poole House reception, open 24/7. Photos MUST be taken on collection AND return (including number plate). We must be able to prove you haven’t damaged the vehicle.

Vehicles must be refuelled, used the fuel guide in the captains pack so you know how much to put in the tank. Fuel cards have a maximum spend of £99.99.

Driver’s must complete a Declaration Form (pdf 148kb) at SportÃÛÌÒAV reception to be insured.ÌýAny fines and convictions are passed to the driver (includes, parking, bus lane fines etc). You can also read our additional TeamÃÛÌÒAV driving information.Ìý
