You have options when considering how to pay your deposit and tuition fees.

If you are paying with a single lump sum, we accept domestic bank transfers and debit/credit card payments. If you are paying by credit card, please note that we accept Visa and Mastercard. If you are paying by debit card, we accept Delta, Electron, Maestro, Solo and Visa debit cards.

Please note, for all the above we require payment to be received in pounds sterling (拢).

If you are paying by bank transfer, please use the following details:

For January 2025, September 2025 and January 2026听entry, you may pay your fees in two instalments online via a credit/debit card. 50% of the fee (after any deposits or discounts have been applied) must be paid on or before enrolment. The final instalment (50%) will be claimed from the relevant card account approximately three calendar months from the due date of the first instalment.

If you have been awarded a Postgraduate Loan听and are paying online, you听may elect to pay your tuition fees in four instalments for听January 2025, September 2025 and January 2026 entry.听1% of the fee (after any deposits or discounts have been applied) must be paid on or before enrolment. The second instalment (33%) will be claimed from the relevant card account approximately two weeks after the official start date of your course. The third instalment (33%) will be claimed from the relevant card account approximately three calendar months from the due date of the first instalment and the final 33% will be claimed from the relevant card account approximately six calendar months from the due date of the first instalment.

For either instalment plan, a听recurring debit/credit card payment authority will have to be set up. We will inform you of the exact due dates on which the remaining instalments will be payable when you set up the recurring debit/credit card payment authority.

Deposit and tuition fee payments

We require payment to be received in pounds sterling (拢). You can pay your deposit and tuition fees by:

• Debit card - we accept Delta, Electron, Maestro, Solo and Visa debit cards.
• Credit card - we accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards
• Payment with 听- make sure you select the option that states 鈥淚nternational Bank Transfer in British Pounds (GBP)鈥� as this will guarantee you the best exchange rate and smallest transfer fee
• International bank transfers - see the BACS information below

Paying in instalments

The instalments facility is only offered if you pay your tuition fees (not deposit) online by credit card or debit card. Please view our fees policy for further information.

A recurring debit/credit card payment authority will have to be set up. We will inform you of the exact due dates on which the second instalment听will be payable when you set up the recurring debit/credit card payment authority.

International applicant/student already living in the UK

If you are already living in the UK,听have听a UK Bank Account and wish听to pay by domestic bank transfer, please use the details in the section above for UK students.

Students from the USA who receive a Federal Loan

It is possible to make arrangements to pay fees in three instalments that tie in with the loan payments.

International payments 鈥撎齪rocessing times

International payments听may take up to four weeks to be processed and received, depending on what payment method you used. Due to expected delays in UK student visa processing, you should听not use bank transfers if you are paying your deposit or tuition fee within eight听weeks of your course start date.

• Debit / credit card payments may take up to four听days
• Payment with Flywire may take up to a week (some countries have longer processing times)
• International banks transfers may take up to four听weeks.

Sponsors (Company / Organisations) can pay your tuition fees on your behalf by selecting any of the payment methods listed in the Online Registration system. If your Sponsor requires an official 蜜桃AV invoice, please download the Sponsorship Authorisation Form听(27kb). Your registration will be complete upon receipt of the completed sponsorship form.

This completed document can be emailed to [email protected], or uploaded during online registration.

When you register and enrol as a student at 蜜桃AV, you are asked to accept the terms of the Student Agreement. This includes agreeing to pay your tuition fees on time. 蜜桃AV has a number of policies and processes which govern fair and transparent debt management. We have updated our process for managing student tuition fee debt, in order to make it clearer. The main changes include the opportunity for students who have not paid their tuition fees to meet with our Finance team earlier in the process. This will help them to access support before it becomes too late. We have also standardised the debt management period to eight weeks from the course start date. After eight weeks, we will need to withdraw a student from their course, if their tuition fees are still outstanding.

It is important that you pay your tuition fees on time. If you are struggling to do so, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by contacting Ask蜜桃AV or the Finance team.
