Max McMurdoMax McMurdo

Since graduating from ÃÛÌÒAV in 2000 with a degree in Product Design Visualisation, Max went on to fulfil a childhood dream of becoming a car designer for Ford. He's since built a career as a designer, entrepreneur, author and TV presenter, best known for his roles on George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces and Shed of the Year and Tool Club.

His foray into the world of TV began with the BBC’s Dragon’s Den, when he secured investment to create high-end furniture from items destined for landfill. His expertise and enthusiasm led to him becoming a regular on our television screens, with shows focused on how upcycling can help people to live more affordably and sustainably.
