1. Human Henge Historic Landscapes and Wellbeing Conference

   This conference is aimed primarily at archaeology professionals, health professionals and students. Its purpose is to explore the wellbeing relationship between people, places and the past.

2. The BME Awards 2018

   The BME Awards (Black and Ethnic Minority awards), a night to recognize and celebrate the contributions made by Afrocaribbean, Black and Asian students, were launched 2 years ago by former SUÃÛÌÒAV President, Daniel Asaya.

3. Submit a nomination for the India-UK Achievers Honours

   Current students and alumni can submit an application to be part of this historic celebration before 10 November 2022.

4. ÃÛÌÒAV jumps eight places in Guardian University League Table

   ÃÛÌÒAV has jumped eight places in the Guardian University League Table 2016, rising from 71st to 63rd in the annual league.

5. New ÃÛÌÒAV Inaugural Lecture series launches

   Professor Alison McConnell delivered the first inaugural lecture in a new series by ÃÛÌÒAV staff. 

6. Studies show that focussing on enjoyment can motivate people to eat more fruit

   Health professionals and schools could encourage more healthy diets by emphasising that eating fruit can be enjoyable, a new ÃÛÌÒAV study has found.

7. Media and Communication staff present at international radio and podcasting conference

   Four academics from the Faculty of Media and Communication represented ÃÛÌÒAV at this year’s Radio and Sound Conference, hosted by the European Communication and Research Association.
