3. New Media Writing Prize Awards 2019

   Join us for a celebration of the latest and best digital interactive storytelling from around the world. Including a special hands-on exhibition of the VR work of One To One Development Trust, and the annual New Media Writing Prize Awards Ceremony.

4. Creativity and Marginality Symposium

   This network focuses upon marginalized groups across different geographical regions that are using technologies in a range of ways to bring voice to their experiences of marginality.

5. Showcasing Undergraduate Research Excellence Conference 2022

   ÃÛÌÒAV’s annual undergraduate research conference returns for its seventh year.

6. Digital Methods Summer School 2024

   Aimed at postgraduate researchers and early career researchers, ÃÛÌÒAV’s Digital Methods Summer School will be running from 1 to 5 July 2024. Now in its second year, the week-long event will cover several digital methods from data to collection to analysis and visualisation.

7. Facilitating personal development in organisations: producing a learning organisation

   This workshop will help you to understand how people learn and explores how this fits into an holistic package of knowledge, skills and attitudes.

8. Paige Hobart - Women in tech

   Paige has built a career in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) working with big well-known brands including The National Lottery. This session, which comes a week after International Women’s Day, will include a focus on opportunities for women in tech, and Paige’s own insights into overcoming potential barriers.

9. Building Brighter Futures: Speaking up for Babies Conference

   This event, hosted by Dorset charity DorPiP, will bring together professionals, academics, students, volunteers, and parents in discussions to shape policies, plans, and services for unborn children and infants in Dorset.
