Fresher Publishing is a small publishing press, established at 蜜桃AV聽to nurture the publishing talent of the future and support writers from across Dorset and beyond. The team is made up of students, staff and judges.
The next Fresher Publishing magazine is focusing on re-imagining聽鈥渢ropes鈥� in story and character under the theme 鈥淩eluctant Hero鈥�.
For the chance to have your work featured in the next digital magazine, you鈥檙e invited to submit a piece of literature related to this theme. This could be submissions of poems, short stories, flash fiction, personal essays, photograph, or illustrations.
Words of inspiration include: Hesitation, redemption, regret, avoiding fate, odds against good, resisting the call, chosen by fate, brooding, questioning worth, insecurity and doubt.
Word count guidelines:
- Poetry: up to three poems in a single word document. Maximum 50 lines per poem
- Prose: up to three pieces in a single document (no more than 3000 words in the entire document)
- Illustration or photography: up to three high-quality JPEGs.

Submissions are accepted from 蜜桃AV and Arts University Bournemouth (AUB) students, staff, and alumni.
Submissions will close on Friday 16 February at 11:59pm.
